Golf Camp!

The kids had a golf camp this last week at Logan River and they had a blast. We had a few really cold days but for the most part it was a great week. The kids were so tough and they played so well. Out of about 60 kids Conner won an award for the longest and straightest drive and Taygan won the chipping and putting contest. Way to go guys!! Tanner was a little upset that he didn't win too, but we'll get em next time..Right Tanner?!

Tay is such the cute little golfer. Today was the only day Tay didn't get to sport her cute little golf outfit. She was mortified that she had to wear sweats.

Conner is my cautious kid....sized up every shot and would not swing if he could see anyone in front of him. He even had to lecture Tay and Tanner a few times about golf etiquette.

...Maxxy chased balls. He thought that the balls were supposed to stay in this neat pile so when the kids hit them he'd run to try and get them to replenish his pile.

Our First Campfire of the Year (or "wienie roast" according to Ang)

Well Lex, Ang, Val, & I have been training pretty hard for our 1st half Marathon of the year so we decided we needed a night off. Going up the canyon for some fun was just what we needed.

Uncle Cody got things started and then Conner and Tanner made sure things kept going OK! They are quite the pyro's.

Angie is Cooking?!? These are "all Beef" Franks by the way. Ang says that is the only kind. I just can't do the hot dog thing..too many bad experiences..even with "all beef", Ang!

I did finally find someone as freaky as me behind the camera...OK Ang may be a little worse than even me.

Max and Landon really hit it off and had a great time together. Until Max started yelling NO in his face...granted NO is the only word Max knows but Landon told him he was mean and to stop saying that. We really need to teach him a new word.

This is the Life...Conner sure had the night figured out. Thanks Uncle Cody for bringing up the lounge chair.
Well I've told you how much Tay loves to write...yep she'll write with anything she can find, on anything she can find. A piece of old charcoal and a crate that had been left up there.
